Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through this website:

• Contact and project inquiry forms: name, email, optionally company, phone, and your message.
• Chatbot conversations: the messages you send to our website assistant, and — only if you choose to share it during a conversation showing genuine interest in working with us — your name, email, and a summary of what you're looking for.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Standard technical data: page URL, referrer, and basic browser/device information sent with any form submission, used for spam prevention and understanding how visitors found us.

How we use it

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you requested (like a newsletter), and improve this website. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party processors

Chatbot conversations are processed by our AI model provider (OpenAI) solely to generate a response — see their own privacy policy for how they handle API data. Lead information from forms and qualifying chatbot conversations is forwarded to our internal automation system (via Make.com) so our team can follow up.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it on request (see below).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing hello@scalehardened.com.

Analytics
